Since its completion in 2016, Gardner Denver has installed new equipment, optimized manufacturing processes, and modernized assembly techniques. The Simmern production site has significantly increased productivity, capacity and flexibility, providing customers everywhere with an enhanced family of microoil, oil-free and mobile screw compressors. In addition, existing assembly methods of fixed systems have been converted to continuous flow production systems, thus reducing time and cost. The introduction of a "hybrid model line" provides the flexibility required to assemble the series at multiple production sites.
